Rita lists her many benefits regarding vertigo, pain and fatigue from listening to recordings of Webinars 24 & 25.

Hi Everyone,

Many potential rewards await those who listen to our recorded Webinars.  Rita's experience is echoed by many.  She says, "I just lay quietly in a darkened room and heard your voice and participated as much as I could. I may have even dozed.  Once it was over, I had to get ready to leave home for work and was quite surprised to find...'

Dear Gary,

This is Rita from Chennai, India. Grateful thanks for the recorded webinars as it helps us in different time zones to listen, learn and heal.

Here are my results from listening to Webinar 24 & Webinar 25:

The specific guidance was very helpful.I tuned into the recording on a day I was feeling quite down with several physical discomforts.

I just lay quietly in a darkened room and heard your voice and participated as much as I could. I may have even dozed.  Once it was over, I had to get ready to leave home for work and was quite surprised to find...

  1. Vertigo that was troubling me for close to a month was down to a 0! And remains so after 2 days.
  2. My right side waist and lower stomach pain (kidney stones) had come to a 2. But still comes and goes.
  3. My generalised tooth pain was a 8 then and had come to a 2. But still pops up at a 5 and subsides again.
  4. My overall fatigue had come from a 8 to a 0! Still holding up.

The key message I learnt was that the daily practice is important. And that its easy to get distracted from doing this!

The other critical learning is that "Resentment" is the key issue to work on.

The question I have is that my main "resentment" person is a family member and while I do feel the anger while an issue is going on I don't seem to feel anything in retrospect.  Is this because my ongoing EFT over the last 3 years is helping or that I am somehow suppressing the resentment?  GC COMMENT:  In my experience, it likely the use of EFT.

Overall, I do feel love for his person and have mostly reframed the way I see him.

'Regards, Rita
